Routines for simple graphs and network analysis. It can handle large graphs very well and provides functions for generating random and regular graphs, graph visualization, centrality methods and much more.

Avoid deprecated special names in structure() calls and add \usage to the documentation of %>%, for compatibility with R-devel.

Testing

Skip the layout_with_mds() stress test with BLIS, where LAPACK's DSYEVR fails to converge for some random graphs.
