A small collection of various network data sets, to use with the 'igraph' package: the Enron email network, various food webs, interactions in the immunoglobulin protein, the karate club network, Koenigsberg's bridges, visuotactile brain areas of the macaque monkey, UK faculty friendship network, domestic US flights network, etc.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from igraph/igraphdata. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-igraphdata

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
