Tool for quantitative research in scientometrics and bibliometrics. It implements the comprehensive workflow for science mapping analysis proposed in Aria M. and Cuccurullo C. (2017) doi:10.1016/j.joi.2017.08.007. 'bibliometrix' provides various routines for importing bibliographic data from 'SCOPUS', 'Clarivate Analytics Web of Science' (https://www.webofknowledge.com/), 'Digital Science Dimensions' (https://www.dimensions.ai/), 'OpenAlex' (https://openalex.org/), 'Cochrane Library' (https://www.cochranelibrary.com/), 'Lens' (https://www.lens.org/), and 'PubMed' (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) databases, performing bibliometric analysis and building networks for co-citation, coupling, scientific collaboration and co-word analysis.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
