Bootstrap methods to assess accuracy and stability of estimated network structures and centrality indices doi:10.3758/s13428-017-0862-1. Allows for flexible specification of any undirected network estimation procedure in R, and offers default sets for various estimation routines.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-bootnet

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
