Convert plot function call (using expression or formula) to 'grob' or 'ggplot' object that compatible to the 'grid' and 'ggplot2' ecosystem. With this package, we are able to e.g. using 'cowplot' to align plots produced by 'base' graphics, 'ComplexHeatmap', 'eulerr', 'grid', 'lattice', 'magick', 'pheatmap', 'vcd' etc. by converting them to 'ggplot' objects.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from GuangchuangYu/ggplotify. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
