Help to the occasional R user for synthesis and enhanced graphical visualization of redundancy analysis (RDA) and principal component analysis (PCA) methods and objects. Inputs are : data frame, RDA (package 'vegan') and PCA (package 'FactoMineR') objects. Outputs are : synthesized results of RDA, displayed in console and saved in tables ; displayed and saved objects of PCA graphic visualization of individuals and variables projections with multiple graphic parameters.

Install

install.packages("GABB", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-GABB

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
