Improvements

Synchronize the iTerm color palettes with upstream (#92). This update adds 50 new palettes to iterm_palettes(): Acid Lime, Amber CRT Retro, Aubade, Cassette Tape, Citrus Ink, CRT Amber, datum variations, Daybreak, Driftwood, Eclipse, Forge Ember, Frostbyte, Graphite, Green Phosphor CRT, JetBrains Islands Dark, Letterpress, Matcha Zen, Miami Heat, Midnight Arcade, Modus Operandi and Modus Vivendi color vision deficiency variations, Nebula Drift, Noctis variations, Opaline, Outrun Electric, Oxblood, Patina, Porcelain, Prism, Purple Portal, Pyrokai variations, Terminal Green 1999, Vaporwave Sunset, Velvet Court, Verdigris, and Y2K Chrome. These palettes are now usable by pal_iterm(), scale_color_iterm(), and scale_fill_iterm().

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
