Collection of R functions and data sets for the support of spatial ecology analyses with a focus on pre, core and post modelling analyses of species distribution, niche quantification and community assembly. Written by current and former members and collaborators of the ecospat group of Antoine Guisan, Department of Ecology and Evolution (DEE) and Institute of Earth Surface Dynamics (IDYST), University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ecospat/ecospat. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
