Perform analysis of variance when the experimental units are spatially correlated. There are two methods to deal with spatial dependence: Spatial autoregressive models (see Rossoni, D. F., & Lima, R. R. (2019) doi:10.28951/rbb.v37i2.388) and geostatistics (see Pontes, J. M., & Oliveira, M. S. D. (2004) doi:10.1590/S1413-70542004000100018). For both methods, there are three multicomparison procedure available: Tukey, multivariate T, and Scott-Knott.

Changes in 0.99.4

Major Updates:

Title Length Reduction: The length of the package title has been reduced to less than 65 characters as per the recommendations of the R CRAN revisor.

Improved Author Declaration: Authors, Maintainer, and Contributors are now declared using the Authors@R field with appropriate roles specified using person() calls. This enhances clarity and conformity with R standards.

Enhanced Documentation:

Added \value to .Rd files for exported methods, explaining the structure and meaning of function results.

Missing \value tags in spANOVAapp.Rd and spCrossvalid.Rd have been rectified.

Preservation of User Settings: Modifications to user options, par, or working directory have been revised. Functions now ensure the restoration of settings using immediate calls of on.exit(), preventing unintended alterations.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
