Performs the Scott & Knott (1974) clustering algorithm as a multiple comparison method in the Analysis of Variance context, for both balanced and unbalanced doi:10.1590/1984-70332017v17n1a1 designs. Accepts input from 'formula', 'aov', 'lm', 'aovlist', and 'lmerMod' objects.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
