Classes and functions to create and summarize different types of resampling objects (e.g. bootstrap, cross-validation).

Changes in 1.3.2

.get_split_args() now works with rset objects created by functions from spatialsample without requiring the package to be attached (#599).
The lag argument for initial_time_split() has been soft deprecated (@bjornkallerud, #592).
The example for group_vfold_cv() has been updated to use current dplyr functions (#597).

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
