Contains a collection of datasets for working with machine learning tasks. It will contain datasets for supervised machine learning Jiang (2020)doi:10.1016/j.beth.2020.05.002 and will include datasets for classification and regression. The aim of this package is to use data generated around health and other domains.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from StatsGary/MLDataR. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
