Implements the Robust Scoring Equations estimator to fit linear mixed effects models robustly. Robustness is achieved by modification of the scoring equations combined with the Design Adaptive Scale approach.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-robustlmm

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
