Hospital machine learning and ai data analysis workflow tools, modeling, and automations. This library provides many useful tools to review common administrative hospital data. Some of these include predicting length of stay, and readmits. The aim is to provide a simple and consistent verb framework that takes the guesswork out of everything.

Breaking Changes

1. Fix #355 - Ensure that all hai_data_* functions that return a new recipe

object all have the same name. The new name for the updated recipe object is:

new_rec_obj.

2. Remove modeltime dependency - The package now uses parallelly::makeClusterPSOCK()

and parallel::stopCluster() instead of modeltime::parallel_start() and

modeltime::parallel_stop(). Added parallel and parallelly as suggested

packages.

3. Fix #376 - Deprecate magrittr %>% in favor of native R pipe |>. This

requires R >= 4.1.0. The magrittr package has been removed from Imports.

4. Fix #379 - Deprecate hai_kmeans_automl() and hai_kmeans_automl_predict()

remove h2o dependency

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
