Diagnostics for non-linear mixed-effects (population) models from 'NONMEM' https://www.iconplc.com/solutions/technologies/nonmem/. 'xpose' facilitates data import, creation of numerical run summary and provide 'ggplot2'-based graphics for data exploration and model diagnostics.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from UUPharmacometrics/xpose. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
