Visual predictive checks are a commonly used diagnostic plot in pharmacometrics, showing how certain statistics (percentiles) for observed data compare to those same statistics for data simulated from a model. The package can generate VPCs for continuous, categorical, censored, and (repeated) time-to-event data.

replaced defunct dplyr functions (group_by_(), arrange_(), do()) with modern equivalents (group_by(), arrange(), slice()) using .data pronoun
fixed Rd documentation: changed \itemize with incorrect \item{} syntax to \describe with proper \item{name}{description} format in new_vpc_theme()
removed broken \link{sim_data} cross-references from documentation

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
