Phenotypic analysis of field trials using mixed models with and without spatial components. One of a series of statistical genetic packages for streamlining the analysis of typical plant breeding experiments developed by Biometris. Some functions have been created to be used in conjunction with the R package 'asreml' for the 'ASReml' software, which can be obtained upon purchase from 'VSN' international (https://vsni.co.uk/software/asreml-r/).

Changes in 1.0.15

Reports are no longer generated for trait - trial combinations for which no model was fitted.
Small code change for compatibility with the upcoming version of ggplot2.

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
