Changes in 1.11.2

New deleteContent() permanently deletes content from Posit Connect Cloud. It asks for confirmation unless force = TRUE, and removes the local deployment record when the content was found through one (#1386).
deployApp(appVisibility =) now sets the visibility of Posit Connect Cloud content. On Connect Cloud it also accepts "view_team_edit_private", "view_team_edit_team", and "view_public_edit_team", which share content with members of the account. Unsupported values now fail before deploying, rather than on the server (#1385).

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
