Provides a parallel estimation method for generalized linear models without compiling with a multithreaded LAPACK or BLAS.

Changes in 0.2.0

parglm now accepts factor, character, and logical responses for the binomial and quasibinomial families like glm does, and errors on numeric responses outside [0, 1].
Fix an out-of-bounds write when a user-supplied block_size was rounded down below the number of coefficients. The block size is now kept at or above the number of coefficients.
Zero the working response for zero-weight observations in the IWLS step so a non-finite value (e.g. from a zero mu.eta) cannot poison the QR decomposition.
Fix inverse_gaussian_identity::name() which returned the name of the inverse link (internal).
Remove the unused R_F::R_rev_piv member function.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
