A model library for 'nlmixr2'. The models include (and plan to include) pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and disease models used in pharmacometrics. Where applicable, references for each model are included in the meta-data for each individual model. The package also includes model composition and modification functions to make model updates easier.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from nlmixr2/nlmixr2lib. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-nlmixr2lib

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
