Quantify and visualise various measures of chemical diversity and dissimilarity, for phytochemical compounds and other sets of chemical composition data. Importantly, these measures can incorporate biosynthetic and/or structural properties of the chemical compounds, resulting in a more comprehensive quantification of diversity and dissimilarity. Install

R (CRAN)pak (dev)Ubuntu (r2u)

install.packages("chemodiv", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from hpetren/chemodiv. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
