Changes in 2026.10.22

atime_test() and atime_test_list() gain arguments ci.commits and bisect.commits. Previously there was only one use case for the test data: CI testing using atime_pkg() took historical commits from ..., now they are taken from ... and ci.commits, and used in the ... argument in atime_versions(); sha.vec argument is unchanged (commits relevant to PR: base, merge-base, HEAD, CRAN). Now bisect() is a second use case: old/new commits can come from any of ci.commits, bisect.commits, or ... (sha.vec is HEAD).

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
