A tool to analyse 'ActiGraph' accelerometer data and to implement the use of the PROactive Physical Activity in COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) instruments. Once analysis is completed, the app allows to export results to .csv files and to generate a report of the measurement. All the configured inputs relevant for interpreting the results are recorded in the report. In addition to the existing 'R' packages that are fully integrated with the app, the app uses some functions from the 'actigraph.sleepr' package developed by Petkova (2021) https://github.com/dipetkov/actigraph.sleepr/.

Changes in 2.1.2

Removed an undesired comma from a req() function in app_server.R that caused an error with more recent versions of package dependencies (likely Shiny).
Updated the figures for the comparisons with norms and recommendations (legend is now correctly placed at the top).

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
