Simulate phase II and/or phase III clinical trials. It supports various types of endpoints and adaptive strategies. Tools for carrying out graphical testing procedure and combination test under group sequential design are also provided.

Changes in 1.39.0

Bug fixes

fitLinear() and fitLogistic() (except scale = 'coefficient') no longer fail with "We are unable to reconstruct the data" when the right-hand side of formula transforms a covariate, e.g., log(x). The fitted rows are now passed to emmeans directly, so it no longer re-evaluates the model call, where the analysis data are not visible. The same re-evaluation caused a test failure on R-devel for Windows.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
