Multivariate tests, estimates and methods based on the identity score, spatial sign score and spatial rank score are provided. The methods include one and c-sample problems, shape estimation and testing, linear regression and principal components. The methodology is described in Oja (2010) doi:10.1007/978-1-4419-0468-3 and Nordhausen and Oja (2011) doi:10.18637/jss.v043.i05.

Install

install.packages("MNM", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-MNM

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
