Description
Provides functions to retrieve raw tabular data from Google Cloud Bucket or Hugging Face, starting from a pre-built sample metadata file. Data types include output from FastQC, KneadData, MetaPhlAn (including StrainPhlAn), and HUMAnN. Outputs a TreeSummarizedExperiment object as the final result.
