Sensitivity analysis in unmatched observational studies, with or without strata. The main functions are sen2sample() and senstrat(). See Rosenbaum, P. R. and Krieger, A. M. (1990), JASA, 85, 493-498, doi:10.1080/01621459.1990.10476226 and Gastwirth, Krieger and Rosenbaum (2000), JRSS-B, 62, 545–555 doi:10.1111/1467-9868.00249 .

Install

install.packages("senstrat", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-senstrat

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
