Sensitivity analysis for tests, confidence intervals and estimates in matched observational studies with one or more controls using weighted or unweighted Huber-Maritz M-tests (including the permutational t-test). The method is from Rosenbaum (2014) Weighted M-statistics with superior design sensitivity in matched observational studies with multiple controls JASA, 109(507), 1145-1158 doi:10.1080/01621459.2013.879261.

Install

install.packages("sensitivitymw", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

# enable the iucar/cran COPR if it is not already present, then install
ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-sensitivitymw

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
