Provides the log-likelihoods with gradients from 'stan' (Carpenter et al (2015), doi:10.48550/arXiv.1509.07164) needed for generalized log-likelihood estimation in 'nlmixr2' (Fidler et al (2019) doi:10.1002/psp4.12445). This is split of to reduce computational burden of recompiling 'rxode2' (Wang, Hallow and James (2016) doi:10.1002/psp4.12052) which runs the 'nlmixr2' models during estimation.

Changes in 2.0.18

'rxode2ll' no longer links or loads the TBB library. 'stan''s TBB tape observer is kept out of the build, since every gradient already creates its own thread's autodiff tape, so 'RcppParallel' is needed only for its headers. Loading TBB is what CRAN's gcc-UBSAN check reports for packages that load 'rxode2ll'. Log-likelihoods and their gradients are unchanged.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
