A doubly robust precision medicine approach to fit, cross-validate and visualize prediction models for the conditional average treatment effect (CATE). It implements doubly robust estimation and semiparametric modeling approach of treatment-covariate interactions as proposed by Yadlowsky et al. (2020) doi:10.1080/01621459.2020.1772080.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from smartdata-analysis-and-statistics/precmed. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
