Download and generate summaries for the rodent, plant, ant, and weather data from the Portal Project. Portal is a long-term (and ongoing) experimental monitoring site in the Chihuahuan desert. The raw data files can be found at https://github.com/weecology/portaldata.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from weecology/portalr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
