Create and customize interactive phylogenetic trees using the 'phylocanvas' JavaScript library and the 'htmlwidgets' package. These trees can be used directly from the R console, from 'RStudio', in Shiny apps, and in R Markdown documents. See http://phylocanvas.org/ for more information on the 'phylocanvas' library.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from zachcp/phylocanvas. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.
