Overview

About

A general framework for constructing partial dependence (i.e., marginal effect) plots from various types of machine learning models in R.

Changes in 0.10.0

Breaking changes

  • Removed topPredictors(), which had been deprecated since pdp 0.8.0; use the vip package to identify important predictors instead.
  • pima now contains synthetic data from mlbench::SynthDiabetes2, replacing the original Pima Indians diabetes data that mlbench withdrew over consent concerns; same name and columns, different values.
