Provides the class unions that must be preloaded in order for the basic tools in the OOMPA (Object-Oriented Microarray and Proteomics Analysis) project to be defined and loaded. It also includes vectorized operations for row-by-row means, variances, and t-tests. Finally, it provides new color schemes. Details on the packages in the OOMPA project can be found at http://oompa.r-forge.r-project.org/.

Install

install.packages("oompaBase", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-oompaBase

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
