A collection of functions for conducting meta-analysis using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach via the 'OpenMx' and 'lavaan' packages. It also implements various procedures to perform meta-analytic structural equation modeling on the correlation and covariance matrices, see Cheung (2015) doi:10.3389/fpsyg.2014.01521.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from mikewlcheung/metasem. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-metaSEM

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
