A simple and the early stage package for matrix profile based on the paper of Chin-Chia Michael Yeh, Yan Zhu, Liudmila Ulanova, Nurjahan Begum, Yifei Ding, Hoang Anh Dau, Diego Furtado Silva, Abdullah Mueen, and Eamonn Keogh (2016) DOI:10.1109/ICDM.2016.0179. This package calculates all-pairs-similarity for a given window size for time series data.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from ainsuotain/matrixprofile. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-matrixProfile

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
