Estimation of various extensions of the mixed models including latent class mixed models, joint latent class mixed models, mixed models for curvilinear outcomes, mixed models for multivariate longitudinal outcomes using a maximum likelihood estimation method (Proust-Lima, Philipps, Liquet (2017) doi:10.18637/jss.v078.i02).

the functions predictY (hlme, Jointlcmm) and predictL (lcmm, multlcmm, Jointlcmm) now compute subject-specific predictions
new function predictCor to predict the correlations (BM or AR)
new function sampleParameters to generate the parameters of a model
bug fixed in mpjlcmm without random effects
bug fixed in plot(, which = "fit") with negative observation times
bug fixed in ItemInfo with lcmm models

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
