Iterated race is an extension of the Iterated F-race method for the automatic configuration of optimization algorithms, that is, (offline) tuning their parameters by finding the most appropriate settings given a set of instances of an optimization problem. New features and improvements

Fix #93: Add an optional iterationCallback scenario function that is invoked after each completed irace iteration. This allows irace users to monitor tuning progress or collect intermediate results without modifying irace internals. Check the User Guide for more details and an example implementation.

Fixes

Fix bug when rejecting configurations. The bug triggers a warning in R 4.7.
Fix #99: Sampling falls back to uniform sampling with a warning if there are more than 1024 parameters, which exceeds the dimension limit of the Sobol method.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
