Data sets, functions and scripts with examples to implement autoregressive models for irregularly observed time series. The models available in this package are the irregular autoregressive model (Eyheramendy et al.(2018) doi:10.1093/mnras/sty2487), the complex irregular autoregressive model (Elorrieta et al.(2019) doi:10.1051/0004-6361/201935560) and the bivariate irregular autoregressive model (Elorrieta et al.(2021) doi:10.1093/mnras/stab1216).

Install

install.packages("iAR", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-iAR

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
