Interface for the GitHub API that enables efficient management of courses on GitHub. It has a functionality for managing organizations, teams, repositories, and users on GitHub and helps automate most of the tedious and repetitive tasks around creating and distributing assignments.

Changes in 0.4.2

Added github_token_sitrep() to report a token's type, source, scopes, and rate limit, and flag missing scopes that ghclass needs (#144).
API error reports now flag possible token-scope mismatches for authorization-like failures, and include the API's documentation link (#144).
org_sitrep() no longer fails when workflow permissions or admin-only org settings cannot be retrieved, and org_workflow_permissions() and org_allows_forking() now report the underlying API error instead of "Failed to find org" (#144).
API requests now bypass gh's response cache (gh >= 1.5), which could otherwise return stale results for recently changed settings or report on a different (or invalid) token (#144).
Added repo_tree() to print the file tree of a repository, similar to fs::dir_tree().

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.
