Quickly and easily perform exploratory data analysis by uploading your data as a 'csv' file. Start generating insights using 'ggplot2' plots and 'table1' tables with descriptive stats, all using an easy-to-use point and click 'Shiny' interface.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from smouksassi/ggquickeda. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-ggquickeda

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
