Datasets associated with the 'gap' package. Currently, it includes an example data for regional association plot (CDKN), an example data for a genomewide association meta-analysis (OPG), data in studies of Parkinson's diease (PD), ALHD2 markers and alcoholism (aldh2), APOE/APOC1 markers and Schizophrenia (apoeapoc), cystic fibrosis (cf), a Olink/INF panel (inf1), Manhattan plots with (hr1420, mhtdata) and without (w4) gene annotations.

Install

install.packages("gap.datasets", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-gap.datasets

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
