Provides various statistical methods for evaluating Individualized Treatment Rules under randomized data. The provided metrics include Population Average Value (PAV), Population Average Prescription Effect (PAPE), Area Under Prescription Effect Curve (AUPEC). It also provides the tools to analyze Individualized Treatment Rules under budget constraints. Detailed reference in Imai and Li (2023) doi:10.1080/01621459.2021.1923511.

Corrected GATE covariance estimation, including estimated group cutoffs and cross-validation.
Corrected heterogeneity and rank-consistency tests.
Fixed prediction extraction and nsim forwarding in test_itr().

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
