Replication methods to compute some basic statistic operations (means, standard deviations, frequency tables, percentiles, mean comparisons using weighted effect coding, generalized linear models, and linear multilevel models) in complex survey designs comprising multiple imputed or nested imputed variables and/or a clustered sampling structure which both deserve special procedures at least in estimating standard errors. See the package documentation for a more detailed description along with references.

Changes in 0.15.3

The levels of multiple grouping variables no longer need to be unique across variables.
group differences are now consistently computed with 'focus group' - 'reference group', where reference group is defined by the reference level of a factor variable
bugfix in the computation of group differences when grouping variable has class 'integer' and BIFIEsurvey is called.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
