Implementation of selected 'Tidyverse' functions within 'DataSHIELD', an open-source federated analysis solution in R. Currently, 'DataSHIELD' contains very limited tools for data manipulation, so the aim of this package is to improve the researcher experience by implementing essential functions for data manipulation, including subsetting, filtering, grouping, and renaming variables. This is the client-side package which should be installed locally, and is used in conjunction with the server-side package 'dsTidyverse' which is installed on the remote server holding the data. Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
