Base 'DataSHIELD' functions for the client side. 'DataSHIELD' is a software package which allows you to do non-disclosive federated analysis on sensitive data. 'DataSHIELD' analytic functions have been designed to only share non disclosive summary statistics, with built in automated output checking based on statistical disclosure control. With data sites setting the threshold values for the automated output checks. For more details, see citation('dsBaseClient').

Install

install.packages("dsBaseClient", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-dsBaseClient

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
