An R interface to the 'codediff' JavaScript library (a copy of which is included in the package, see https://github.com/danvk/codediff.js for information). Allows for visualization of the difference between 2 files, usually text files or R scripts, in a browser.

Install

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Development version from muschellij2/diffr. Installs pak first if it is not already available.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-diffr

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
