Data package for the supplementary data in Prem et al. (2017) doi:10.1371/journal.pcbi.1005697 and Prem et al. doi:10.1371/journal.pcbi.1009098. Provides easy access to contact data for 177 countries, for use in epidemiological, demographic or social sciences research.

Bug fix

age_df_countries() now pads single-digit ages with a leading 0 to ensure

correct ordering. The new behaviour also produces age bin labels that are

consistent with the labels for the contact matrices

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled. We list this channel from recorded r2u download activity rather than from a live index of the repository, so treat it as last known rather than guaranteed.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make
