Advanced statistical tools for Bayesian structure learning in undirected graphical models, accommodating continuous, ordinal, discrete, count, and mixed data. It integrates recent advancements in Bayesian graphical models as presented in the literature, including the works of Mohammadi and Wit (2015) doi:10.1214/14-BA889, Mohammadi et al. (2021) doi:10.1080/01621459.2021.1996377, Dobra and Mohammadi (2018) doi:10.1214/18-AOAS1164, and Mohammadi et al. (2023) doi:10.48550/arXiv.2307.00127.

Install

install.packages("BDgraph", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org/")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

Release

# enable cranapt (r2u) if it is not already set up, then install

  || curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash
sudo apt install -y r-cran-bdgraph

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). The cranapt setup runs once and is skipped when it is already enabled.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

# enable the iucar/cran COPR if it is not already present, then install
ls /etc/yum.repos.d/*iucar*cran*.repo >/dev/null 2>&1 \
  || sudo dnf copr enable -y iucar/cran
sudo dnf install -y R-CRAN-BDgraph

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

For install.packages() integration in R, also: sudo dnf install R-CoprManager
