Analytically calculates the operating characteristics of single-stage and two-stage basket trials with equal sample sizes using the power prior design by Baumann et al. (2024) <doi:10.48550/arXiv.2309.06988> and the design by Fujikawa et al. (2020) <doi:10.1002/bimj.201800404>.

Install

install.packages("baskexact")

Installs the current CRAN release. Prebuilt binaries on Windows and macOS.

pak::pak("lbau7/baskexact")

Development version from lbau7/baskexact. Requires the pak package.

Release

# one-time r2u setup for Ubuntu (noble)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/eddelbuettel/r2u/master/inst/scripts/add_cranapt_noble.sh | sudo bash

# then install

sudo apt install r-cran-baskexact

Fast Ubuntu binaries via r2u (no compilation). Run the setup once per machine.

bspm (used by r2u) also needs make: sudo apt install make

sudo dnf copr enable iucar/cran

sudo dnf install R-CRAN-baskexact

RPMs from the iucar/cran COPR, rebuilt from CRAN.

sudo zypper install R-baskexact

RPMs auto-built from CRAN on openSUSE OBS.
